Our Process
We aim to make planning, purchase, and installation as simple and painless as possible. Please review our process below and fill out the contact us form. We look forward to meeting you!
1
Site Location and Wind Assessment
Review location and topography
Analyze wind resource potential at potential locations using meteorological data.
soil engineering for footings. Report on footing requirements
2
Establish power purchase agreements
3
Manufacturing of Turbine Segments for your Power needs.
4
Once production is complete. We transport to your location
5
Construction and Installation
Coordinate site preparation, including foundation construction.
Manage the delivery and assembly of turbine components.
Oversee the installation process, including electrical connections.
– Install battery and or pneumatic storage
6
Commissioning and Operation
Test and calibrate the turbines to ensure optimal performance.
Establish an operations and maintenance plan for the wind farm.
7
Important factors to consider
Maintenance and service agreements: Negotiating contracts with the manufacturer for long-term maintenance and support.
Grid interconnection: Ensuring the wind farm can connect seamlessly to the existing power grid.
Environmental regulations: Complying with all applicable environmental laws and permitting processes.
Step 1
Site Location and Wind Assessment
- Review location and topography
- Analyze wind resource potential (meteorological data)
- Soil engineering for footings
- Report footing requirements
Step 2
Establish the MOU
- Purchase to Direct Consumers (companies, community colleges, government buildings, parks & recreation facilities, etc.)
- If necessary and required, Prosto Wind Power can assist in the creation of the PPA (Power Purchase Agreement)
Step 3
Deposit Required to Begin
- Create a Purchase Order and deposit to begin the manufacturing and construction.
Step 4
Construction and Transportation
- Work with customer to establish operational procedures before the building of PPT.
- Operations include soil test, the layout of Footing, and foundational requirements.
- Map out Prudent routes for delivery, the most cost-effective route from Manufacturing to Site .
- Made in the USA – Houston Texas.
Step 5
Coordinate Final Inspection
- Oversee the installation process, including electrical connections, and Install battery and or pneumatic storage.
- Help manage the delivery and assembly of turbine components.
Step 6
Commissioning and Operation
- Help train customers how to operate and monitor wind towers.
- Establish an operations and maintenance plan and procedures for the end user/operator of the wind farm.
- All operations can and will be monitored remotely by Prosto Wind Towers to ensure functional and optimal performance.
Additional Factors to consider:
-
1
Long-term maintenance and support. Maintenance and service agreements as necessary and required. -
2
Grid interconnection when required: Ensuring the wind farm can connect seamlessly to the existing power grid. -
3
Environmental regulations: Complying with all applicable environmental laws and permitting processes -
4
Seamless interconnectivity with existing green technologies (solar and other wind power). -
5
Delivery Time Line: The average time of completion for a full stack of 9 segments is approximately 6 months. Then 1 month to deliver and install.
